Awful place to shop, the staff hang out the back while there’s one girl on the till and the queue is snaking round the store. Didn’t bother waiting while they’re too busy skiving to serve customers when your request for somebody else on the till is ignored.

I got to know of Super drug Store from a friend and I must say, it was worth it. I wasn’t able to get all I needed for my husband’s skincare
I went today to Superdrug store in Bury the Rock and had the opportunity to meet this amazing lady ,Mihaela and she is apparently a store Manager of Preston Superdrug Store. What a lovely lady who was on shop floor working hard like the rest of the customer service assistants and very friendly. It was so lovely to meet you today and what an inspirational lady you are... very kind and helpful . This makes a huge difference to shopping experience if every store manager is like her.
Cannot praise the staff in the store highly enough! Each and everyone who I interacted with; 3 all together, couldn't have been more professional or friendly. They ensured I found what I wanted and advised me of all offers, thus, saving me money. However, this exceptional service has ensured I'll return to this specific store.
Lovely staff, one lady in particular helped me to choose the make up I was looking for. So grateful, she knew the products amazingly well and the make up I bought is good. Thankyou Superdrug. Really happy.
It's a great size store on the busy Rock shopping centre. All that you expect from SD, with a brow bar inside, too.
On Saturday the 24th of April I visited the superdrug store on the rock in Bury with my boyfriend. I was going to get some makeup and some skincare recommended to me by a dermotoligist. I like anyone else carried a bag backpack which held my purse jacket and some mini samples provided by the dermotoligist. I pulled the samples from my bag and was comparing them to the creams in the store. What happened next shocked me completely, as I became a victim to stereotyping and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I was stalked down the Isles by two members of staff which where glued to me and kept looking at my bag, making me feel very distressed and uncomfortable but I shrugged it off. I continued to shop but they was then joined by a security guard which kept walking past the Isle and glaring at me like I was some kind of thief. Feeling uncomfortable and upset someone could think this of me, I proceeded to the till thinking I might be greeted with some form of customer service there I WAS WRONG. Clearly the vicious lies had been spread around the store and I was greated with hostility and no manners. I was looked at and treated like I was the scum of the earth, when I had done nothing wrong! I left the store after paying at the till and surprise surprise none of the alarms went off. I never write reviews. However I thought this needed to be brought to peoples attention because this shouldn't happen, and should have been handled differently if they had suspicions.
