Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. I have a serial prescription here and it is always very slow . Phone in to give days of notice and still not ready . Last time I phoned to renew I Was put on hold to check Stock which is fine . I was told all fine come to collect . When I got there was told there was not enough stock so come back tomorrow . No one remembered my phone call ... I was not happy and Spoke to pharmacist Who promised to send the remainder on ..to me ..4 days later the medication was sent So that at least is something But I don’t need the hassle really Attitudes all v offhand
Large, clean, well lit store with a great range of products, pharmacy located at rear. One negative I found is that the staff are expected to constantly switch between serving on the till and excessive restocking, this usually results in longer waiting times and some customer service issues. Sometimes long waits at pharmacy during peak hours.
I was in largs store today 11th April 2019 at around 5pm with my three year old daughter. I bought products at £40ish, I shop alot here, today happy experience untill I got to the till to be served by a very rude and non approachable member of staff. This older lady had blonde curly hair glasses on top of her head and very door never once smiled. Face tripping her she was not amused by having to come serve me as she was stocking something up, she never said hi never looked at me all she said was £40odd pound nothing else. My daughter was trying to show her she had a penny and was going to buy a sweetie the lady turned her head away and rudly did not answer I found this very uncomfortable for my three year old who felt unwelcomed. Never dismiss a child to upset their feelings I strongly was so mad and told my daughter not bother wasting her breath this lady is rude and took my receipt off Her and walked away she new fine well I called her rude and lucky I did not go back and say something else if I didn't have my daughter I would of . I am extremely upset by this member of staff who shouldn't be working there if she has attitude like this customers won't be back. I certainly won't shop back in largs store and even tempted to just not go in any store at all. Other members of staff are always nice and chat away but today this woman was very rude and needs some customer service skills .
Superdrug largs has been one of my favourite shops in largs for years the most of the staff are nice to get on with and one of the pharmacy Girls is very nice & helpful i don't know her name. Would be nice if the other pharmacist's were like her.. thanks Superdrug Robert..
Tried to use the walk in flu jag facility as advertised on their website.We were told in store that we had to get their app. We did this but could not see how to book a flu jag. So went back to the shop and was told it had to be their pharmacy app. So installed this and we booked our flu jags via the app.Went at the appointed time only to be told they did not have the appropriate jag for the over sixties....never called or informed us....a waste of 2 weeks...one star is for the assistant being so apologetic........very poor performance.
If this could be a zero, it would be. Heavily pregnant partner went into superdrug largs to get a mini fan. 32 degrees right now she asked the store colleague who was stacking the shelves where they were. She then showed her where they were, but then proceeded to take the remaining two "good" ones through the back for herself. The two remaining ones were in bad condition and had hair tangled through them. I've worked in retail for 18 years ... seriously, who does that?? Worst example of customer experience I've ever had.
Find staff very friendly and very helpful with any information you ask about. Do not push new deals or promotiobs-just suggest, which is less irritating. Always enjoy shopping here.
Pharmacy staff are very helpful and willing to assist you. The store carries a wide range of products that meets the needs of most customers.
Good prices. Friendly staff. Good selection of beauty and personal wellbeing products. Get there card and get on mailing list to see discounts
The pharmacy side A1 . The other side not so good asked about something the girl said it was done away with two weeks later it was back blatant lie not good .
