Wouldn't recommend , poor quality service and rude staff, odd atmosphere. I explained how I wanted my layers to be cut but the hairdresser didn't double check and ended up cutting it not how I had asked, the entire time I was there she kept quiet and didn't double check if she was doing it right. I was there for about an hour and she didn't utter a word not even once. Even when she was washing my hair, she didn't check if the water was the right temperature. She seemed sloppy at her job and with bad manners.Service: Hairstyling
Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. Violeta is so disinterested in anything you have to say. Doesn’t speak clearly and mumbles. Doesn’t make an effort to speak to you at all. Lacks basic manners. Had the cheek to add an extra £20 onto my total which was already £120 with long hair surcharge without telling me for “extra toner” and she said she informed me about this at the “consultation” appointment which was really just her nodding, not listening to what I was saying and taking my phone number. To top it all off, I was actually quite happy with the result but she then proceeded to tell me my hair was damaged and looked bad and needed a haircut in a really insensitive manner. LEARN SOME BASIC MANNERS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SQUEEZE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. Will never be back!!Service: Hair coloring
I really recommend this salon. Violetta is really skilled. She's also very nice and friend​ly. I got a style exactly what I want. Will go there again.
I had a very pleasant experience with Violeta, she is very patient and really knows what she is doing, she really transformed my hair after I went to other hairdressers that damaged my hair significantly. I think Violeta did a good job with the hair styling but the colouring unfortunately was not what I had indicated or showed her as a reference. I asked for very subtle balayage colouring so that I didn’t have to come back for touch ups.I remember being sat there for a while wondering why the chemical was left on the hair for so long. When she initially finished the colouring it looked alright for a few weeks until I realised that the way the streaks were applied near the roots shows was not done well and looks very harsh against dark hair. The face framing highlights looks like a colouring job done at home rather than in a professional salon.I think she had an idea of a colour in mind for my skin tone but she should’ve just stuck to what I had showed her. Sometimes the client knows what suits them better although I appreciate hair stylist do colouring jobs every day . I can’t say months on I’m happy with the colour or the way the balayage was done. I think she could take some time to sit down with the client before starting the work to understand what they. Not that she didn’t but I don’t think she started the work in a bit of a rush and tended to other clients whilst the colour was left in my hair. The result now is a very ashy blonde with dark streaks with a stark contrast to my skin tone when i had asked for a more darker caramel. My hair is rougher and drier since the visit and I’m just waiting for it to grow out so I can chop it off.Services: Hair coloring
Hair by Violeta who gave me advice on my hair and what would suit my hair type. Violeta was so gentle I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed! She spent alot of time perfecting my cut, which made me feel very pampered. Very happy.Service: Hairstyling
I had a back and neck massage and it was possibly the best I've ever had. The lovely masseuse managed to reach every nook and cranny and really went the extra mile.She really showcased her expertise. 10/10 I will be hack very soon.
