I've been to have my hair done here 5 times & every time the manager talks to her staff awful. No wonder they have a quick turn over of staff & she does her self no favours the way she talks to them in puplic very unprofessional. & how can 38? pound be justified for a shampoo blow dry & curl on a short bob.

Made my hair a little shorter, so more manageable, and I thought it looked alright.. until my partner gave me a mirror and showed me the back! Its totally uneven!!! I read through the bad reviews and thought they cant mess up my hair since its very easy to deal with, and straight, but nope! THESE WOMEN LITERALLY CAN'T CUT HAIR.

Absolutely appalling haircut. Took my 3 y/o to have short back and sides. It was uneven, just hacked into and long wispy bits all over. Thought because the price was high it would be a fantastic cut. How wrong I was. It looked OK when she styled it on top but when got him home after bath it was absolutely shocking. Never again. Could understand if he wriggled everywhere but he's good as gold and sat still the whole time. Dire. Thought hairdressing was a skill. Could've done it better myself.

A bit weird to charge extra for straightening but the end result wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't trust them to cut my hair. The worst thing was Claire joined in everyone's conversation and disagreed with what someone else was saying, I thought 'mind your own business love'. Very loud chatting between the stylists about what they were having for breakfast, even though they had just opened and had a queue. A girl was complaining about a colour she had and she was made to feel embarrassed because they refused to even look at it. Not a pleasant experience, wouldn't go back.

Very bad experience . First, my hair is very difficult to cut , I have a very curly hair . I asked the lady barber to use a scissors as I know its the only way a barber can manage my hair . She insisted on using the hair clippers machine . Despite that it was clearly not working she insisted not to use scissors at all and I can see in the mirror the result , not an impressive one at all . But even simple things which other barbers do , for example cutting extra hair here and there and making sure hair lines are equal were ignored by my hair cutter ! Also they charge more than most (or may be all ) other barbers in Mansfield , It was Sunday and I had no choice . Now I need to find another barber next week to repair the damage . My advise will be , if you have no experience with a certain type of hair you should say that , instead if using a customer as a guinea pig , very disappointing .
