I visited the store in Carlisle yesterday and after a slightly rocky start my usual hairdresser wasn't there/my train was delayed/I was late! Karlie was absolutely amazing. She had her work cut out with my dark over-coloured hair but carried on like the true professional she so obviously is with a very bubbly personality. She went out of her way to produce the result I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. An absolute credit to the company. Services:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Jemma is always attentive and provides an excellent service. However, she is currently undertaking a number of administrative tasks such as answering the phone and adding people to the online queue whilst in the middle of undertaking a haircut. This is not appropriate for Jemma and also for the client who is paying for the service.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Was my 1st time at this hair salon and it was a brilliant experience , the lady that did my hair was so polite and well mannered,  I would recommend this salon to all my friends xService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Hairdresser's friends hair was cut before mine despite them arriving after me & despite the fact I'd already waited an hour. I realise it's non appointment but they rarely have a sufficient number of staff. I come regularly & normally tip well for a good cut & chat but will try elsewhere next time.
