Jess took care of my toddlers first hair cut he was not an easy client. She was calm and understanding keeping him entertained and showing him things to keep him worry free. His crazy hair looks much better and we made it threw without a tantrum. She was great!Service: Haircut
I would not even rate it a one.. I asked for long layers and a face frame. Instead I got 2 hours of crying to fix them, curl, straighten. My hair is not lawyered and shaped in a V. She cut 2 chunks straight across. I tried to call multiple times and no one picked up. I will be going back tomorrow to get a refund.
Decent haircuts and prices but I have never seen more incompetent scheduling from any business in my entire life. Doesn’t matter when you schedule your haircut for, you will always wait MINIMUM 30 minutes after your scheduled time before you get seen. If they have regulars or people they know come in after you they’ll get seen before you. If you need a cheap cut this is the place to go but you have to budget at least 60-90 minutes because it will be 30-45 minutes before your seen, regardless of what time your appointment is.
Got my hair cut from Corey today and she was AMAZING! Not only did she do a fantastic job with my hair but she was emphatic to my worries I have a phobia of hair cuts due to some really bad experiences in the past and she easily put them to rest. I would highly recommend her!
I go here because it's convenient. The cut quality varies based on the experience of the barber. Some are very experienced and give great quick cuts. Some are clearly less experienced being tentative and giving acceptable but not great cuts. Lately the wait when scheduling online had been long. Under 15 minute wait is good. 15 to 30 is acceptable but a bit long. Greater than 30 is unacceptable to me when scheduling online. My last wait was 50 minutes. Lately the wait has consistently been greater than 15 minutes

I had a photo reference for the haircut I was looking to get & added a beard trim. Chrissy did an incredible job & I'd go back to Supercuts without a doubt!
Went for a trim 2 weeks ago. Asked if I wanted my bangs cut, said no that I take care of them. Asked for a trim of dead ends and to leave my hair touching my shoulders. First thing done was she twisted my bangs and cut straight across. I chip into my bangs. Should of stopped her then but did not want to make a scene. My hair was cut chin length. After stating touching shoulders. I would suggest someone other than the more "mature hairdresser".
I tried getting my 2 year old son a haircut a few months ago and they straight up denied him and said “ I don’t feel comfortable doing this” because he was upset / worried, so we had to leave and not get charged thankfully. I told great clips about this when I went there a week or so ago and they were shocked that that was the response and offered to cut my sons hair. Not a good place to go if you have a baby that needs a haircut otherwise if you’re an adult it’s just meh. workers here aren’t too social also.
The Supercuts in Derry has been my go to salon for a men's haircut for the past 15 years. The staff are always friendly and professional. I really like the call ahead service for booking an appointment. This establishment earns five Google review gold stars!Service: Haircut
