Called for a taxi waited 30 mins then got a text messages to say they didn't have a cab available. Could have told me when I called

SOMEBODY NEEDS FIRING I'm not sure who the woman is That is an operator usually in the evening but on more than one occasion she has caused me problems with my Taxi and cost your drivers a fair and Lost you money And in the past 24 hours once again she's done it I rang to book a Taxi at Teatime Last night Sunday 1/10/23 For 06.45 this morning to get me to a Job I get up get ready no Taxi I can't ring anyone because nobody picks up at that time supposedly you open at 8 but still nobody picking up now at gone 8 So as a result of her incompetence/Laziness I've Lost a considerable amount of money because I needed to be there and wasn't and your firm has Lost Money aswell if this was me I'd fire her Because she's a Liability I've been a customer of Supercabs for years and never really had much problem However since it changed hands it's gone downhill for me And I'm probably going to give my business to someone else from now on

Try to be quick sometimes it just takes longer
