Had a really good experience! Friendly and helpful staff. They accept dry only, which is £1 for 8min, and can provide change if needed. Their opening hours are definitely a plus, as launderettes tend to close early on weekends. Will keep going back!

When I asked for information regarding their services, the guy N1 was not the kindest. He asked me to repeat the question several times which made me feel uncomfortable. Their prices aren’t shown anywhere - I’m under the impression they make them up as they go along. When I took my card out to pay, I was told they take cash only. When I asked why, the guy N2 answered “I don’t know”. Well, I do. I gave him £20 - the bill was £11 for two small washes - but he closed the till without giving me any change. I had to remind him he owned me £9.
Ruined clothes, rude proprietor, shoddy service: avoid! Got a service wash here, and all my white shirts came out with yellow stains around the collars and in some cases spreading onto the front of the shirt. When confronted with this, the proprietor said it was my fault because “they came from perfume” I don’t wear perfume, but *also* because his detergent was “too good” for my clothes, causing the colours in the wash to run I have often washed these shirts in mixed washes with no problems; plus, the highly localised staining around the collars does not suggest colours running in any case. When I refused to accept these excuses, he switched to saying I was lying and the stains had been there when I brought the clothes in. At no point did he offer the slightest hint of an apology: he was aggressively on the front foot, blaming me for his negligence, from the word go. In addition to the ruination of the shirts, all my clothes were folded lazily and badly. This is a lazy, rude, aggressive guy who takes no pride in his work.
The suit came back nicely pressed and clean. Also the customer experience is very good. My mistake, but I did not have enough money on me but they still let me take the suit and return later to pay.
The manager of Super Wash went way above and beyond to help me clean launder some large bedding items when I made a bit of a hash of it. He gave me great advice about how to get the best out of the launder, how to best use the machines and was on hand with change for the dryer. All with a cheery disposition. Would highly recommend this place.
Delightful! Well i never thought i would ever step foot in a launderette before. But mine at home is being repaired - so when in Rome! - And i actually didn't fully get how to work the machines. But a lovely gentleman came to my aid and assisted me with a very professional manor, although i was embarrassed of quite literally dirty laundry! it was swiftly sorted and true to form the wash was great, i now have fresh clothes for work- and they smelt wonderful! i will certainly be back there again !!
Do not go to this laundrette. I used them only once and returned home with my laundry to find missing items, four to be precise. I called up to ask if maybe they had left them out of the bag and the owner answered the phone and was rude and aggressive. He started the "in all my years of business nobody has ever lost an item" which changed to "maybe a few times we lost socks" to "you say you gave it to us but who is to say that you did." The owner of this business is just dishonest. Any ethical business owner would respond professionally and take the matter seriously instead of using insult and derision. This guy said he would call me back the next day after the woman who works for him comes in and I didn't hear from him. I called him up to ask if he had found out about the missing items and started to insult me again. Seriously, avoid this business at all costs! Dishonest & rude.
Don't go here if you are from out of town or they will price gouge you. Would not recommend. Their dryers break down also they need to update their equipment for what they overcharge.NegativeValue
