You should definitely visit The Super Sausage. I saw it on Google Maps as I was looking at what was near the Station. Not disappointed. The classic breakfast was delicious and the friendliness of the ladies preparing and serving the food was great. Very homely and welcoming. Good parking and a hand car wash nearby.Recommended dishesEnglish Breakfast, Hash Browns
Best fry-up I’ve ever had! Yummy food, kind service, and quickly served up. Very much enjoyed and will be back!
Have not been to this cafe for a long time, due to where I deliver, but the food is still top quality. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because part of the lorry park is being used for a hand car washing business, and this leaves a limited amount of space for trucks to park.
Hands down the best breakfast I have had in a long long time! Even my wife loves it and she normally hates breakfast ! Will definitely become a regular thank you
Excellent food,Quality set up and brilliant after sales/customer service thank you Andy Wigan Parking: Parking for 500 motorcycles ample car spaces too
A great cafe for a breakfast..! Not a huge place but big enough to get a seat. The food is good and served hot with plenty of everything else to go with it. Recommend for a breakfast.
Completely useless with delivery! It took over an hour and a half for my food to arrive and when it did, it was someone else's order. This person's order was 45mins late as well. This isn't the first time either. The delivery driver didn't seem to have a clue what day it was and the woman on the phone was either unable or unwilling to help do anything to resolve the issue. Pathetic.
Waiting ages to get served then when it turned up the bacon was under cooked. There was plenty of staff in the kitchen but they need more staff on the front counter. The staff were very friendly but the food wasn't very goodFood: 1/5
A great little diner. They don't really make them like this anymore. Great food and ridiculously cheap as in good value.Food: 4/5
Originally I have this place a high score but as time has gone on I've changed my mind. The venue is of a time, a time when is Brits loved the greasy spoon cafe. A place where everything was dripping in fat and, when the law permitted, everyone smoked. We have moved on though and this place has some really serious faults. There is zero consideration for disabled customers, not a slope anywhere and fitting one would be easy and cost effective so, they clearly don't want disabled custom. They also have contempt if someone asks for non dairy milk and today made the comment that they only do proper milk like somehow the non dairy variety is some snobby requirement rather than a health need. They're in no hurry to suggest what else a customer can have either Seeing in the kitchen I observed deep fat fried sausages, one fell on the floor when tipped into the warmer. They were in no hurry to pick it up. Indeed, I could be wrong but I think everything which can be is either deep fried or shallow fried. The building has some real heritage which could be exploited even if only in pictures but, nothing at all to show it was ever something else, something significant in the community. They can also be painfully slow on service at times. Truckers seem to like it, I feel this is their base but they could be so much more with the smallest of effort and investment. Wheelchair accessibility: They are very unfriendly to anyone in a wheelchair Dietary restrictions: None, they have neither understanding of interest in any such things
