I pay for 18inch pizza and I received 15inch pizza they done this twice and I try to call them they didn’t even answer

Brought pizza and noticed it had mold spots on the bottom of the base and my girlfriend threw up once she noticed it

worst place in Southend to get a pizza. an absolute joke and unhygienic.

This place is a perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover, as while the interior might be unassuming perhaps even underwhelming, and the location may be to their disadvantage, the food is absolutely superb, the pizza comes pipping hot and full of flavor, the cheese is cheesy, the portions are fair and the prices are great. Overall great place and would recommend delivery if possible however the owners and nice and welcoming if not. Also my pizza recommendation is the 3.99 pizza with a BBQ base, and ham and chicken as the toppings.

Absolutely shocking service, completely messed up our order and when we asked them to correct it they called my wife a c**t. This is not acceptable this place needs to be shut down, I'm sure we are not the first. Please do not use super pizza Southend.

Do not ever buy from super pizza. I ordered 1 12 inch for myself and 1 18 inch for my partner and got 2 12 inch pizzas. I called to see if I could get the one I ordered on discount and they only gave me £2 off. My 12 inch pizza was £13.95 and the other was £20 which is ridiculous for a pizza I didn’t even order. And I didn’t even get my money back or even something free to compensate the mistake. They are thieves and horrible

Don’t order from this place, I had food poisoning.

Pizza is amazing and I always go here for pizzas! Only downside is sometimes the order takes a while, but to be honest I’m that fussy on timing, amazing value
