Great service by the team at Sunseeker Doors. Requested a service on my bi-fold doors, easily arranged and the team turned up on time and quickly got to work. They were incredibly professional and friendly during the visit, respectful of the property whilst fixing everything, and sorted a minor repair out on the spot. Really great service and the team were brilliant. Can’t recommend enough.
Patience needed but good product overall. The doors were fitted quite quickly, but there was some miscommunication with the office. Once installed, the doors are amazing. They look beautiful and operate smoothly. Would recommend for those who are patient. They were installed in 3 weeks and that’s a lot quicker than the industry standard of 6-10 weeks.
Had our Ultra Slim folding/sliding doors fitted this week and we could not be any happier with these. The quality is exceptional and the doors are unique and so much nicer than a standard bifold. The Sunseeker team have been fantastic throughout - thank you Chloe and Adrian as you have gone above and beyond for us. We had two sets of 2.3m doors and chose the silver RAL colour. We even changed the opening style of the doors after ordering and Sunseeker were happy to accommodate this. The fitters were very professional and exceptionally quick and the doors have been fitted precisely. This was a concern with having such a thin frame but we needn’t have worried as they are perfect. Cannot thank the team enough and for the owner Paul’s follow up email. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality new doors and exceptional customer service. Thank you again.
I’m very happy with my doors and the installation. We have referred them to two of our friends. We did our homework and was worried about the after-sales comments but the system is simple enough to get repaired locally if worst came to the worst. However, we’re really happy with both the service and product. Happy we went ahead with sunseekerdoors. We visited the factory in Luton and we got exactly as we expected, the doors look fantastic.
We had Sunseeker Ultra Slim Bi fold doors fitted in 2013. Over the years we have had a couple of small issues to be expected after 11 years which Sunseeker have resolved quickly and efficiently.Communication is excellent with Ben and previously Paul in arranging swift appointments and the guys who carried out the work are very friendly & professional.They also gave me good advice tips on regular maintenance regarding lubrication etc to avoid any future problems. From our experience I would not hesitate to recommend.
We have always found the doors to be reliable and extremely flexible, allowing for quick access by only opening the swing door or folding the whole system to one side for more extensive use. However, the best aspect of Sunseeker is their customer service. We have always received quick updates and responses from them, which is often challenging with other manufacturers.
We actually found sunseekers after a simple google search and what a find they have been. The windows are outstanding quality and the mechanism works a treat. They offer a uniqueness that has taken our new space up a level -so much so that both our builders and architect have asked for the details for future recommendations. I would also say that from start to finish their customer service has been absolutely first class. Quote, measurements, order and install all happened exactly as and when they promised. It's worth noting that with a build project the scale of ours we have of course had a few niggly issues along the way, and when this happened with Sunseekers they resolved the problem quickly and completely without a moment of hesitation or fuss. This sort of customer service is a massive asset for such a company and left me in no doubt I would use and recommend them again. Will add photos when the build/rendering is finished!

We had 3 sets of the SunSeeker doors installed about 5 years ago. The company is small and doesn't have many staff in the office, but the process was fairly smooth. I did go to their factory to check them out, and they clearly have low overheads! The doors are very good so far. The slim lines are fantastic and the mechanism is inherently very simple so there isn't that much to go wrong, and would be simple to fix if it did. Opening and closing is slightly more effort than a conventional sliding system, and you do have to open each panel individually, but on balance, the flexibility, security and lack of big bars means I definitely recommend them. Some other points: They do swell a bit in the heat which occasionally makes them a bit sticky, but nothing major. They are quite sensitive to the position of the rollers top-and-bottom, if they get out of alignment, the doors will jam a bit. Easy to fix but annoying. Closing the single door with a handle is a bit fiddly you have to make sure it is flush before closing but once you get used to it, it is fine. The price I paid was good - less than the other slide-and-fold systems. Not quite a 5 star product, but I am happy with them.
We have had doors installed since September 2021 so wanted to write about my experience. I was nervous about choosing SunSeeker doors due to the negative reviews that I read. However I could see that SunSeeker were trying to address some aspects of Admin and Communication their Instagram account showed them trying to recruit office admin staff and technicians to focus on service related call outs. I did ask them about their reviews and they were open about the fact that Covid had hit them hard they are a small company and so losing any workers are difficult to work around. However they were actively working on trying to resolve the issues. That being said, there were still comms issues, where you had to contact different people sometimes multiple times. We also had our installation postponed the night before, due to installers getting COVID but the admin team were quick to notify us and then arrange a different date. We are extremely happy with the doors and they are everything that we hoped for, with slim profiles/sightlines and they look great when fully opened. There only seemed to be one other company in the UK that manufactured these types of doors with the slim sightlines however their quote was over double SunSeeker. I have had to contact SunSeeker with a minor door issue, my experience was that after my email they had somebody on site within 2 days - although I note that is not always the experience of others but I was very impressed. Overall we are extremely pleased we choose SunSeeker doors, but there are areas they need to improve on which they do appear to be aware of.
