The food here is excellent. Very well prepared and tasty. I cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough. Very friendly service and generous portions. If I could give 6 stars I would.
worst chinese takeaway I ever had. Their singapore fried rice was not even close to singapore fried rice, tase wise or apearence wise. The appetizers were god aweful and very oily. The oil seems to not have been changed in ages as it gave me one of the worst after taste. I wish I could get the time and money back. Could not eat it at all and felt sick within an hour of eating..
Best Chinese takeaway in Bicester. Most of the dishes are very flavourful. Especially the Singapore fried rice. Will definitely come back again. Thumbs up!
I dont usually review or even complain when i have a bad meal but i felt like i had to on this occasion. Delivery was quick but the food was horrendous..most dished were cold, the chicken tasted like fish, the sezchuan prawns had an incredibly strong smell of urine and left a disgusting metalic taste in the mouth. I phoned the resturant for some kind of explanation or a part refund and they refused. Would not order again.
Disgusting! - don’t even deserve the one star I had to give in order to write this review. Satay chicken was burnt and didn’t even taste like satay sauce! The rest of the order was dry and just really not very nice. Paid so much for are order and was not worth a single penny- delievery was also 15minutes late. Would not recommend at all!
dont normally do reviews.. but collected from the restaurant everything was good smelt good then when eating food tasted a bit different not bad but not the taste I was expecting and withing 45 mins of consuming food I was sick. may have just been a one off but will not be ordering again.
The takeaway is disappointing in every way . Never try to pass beef as lamb ,to completely different meats . And tastes . Because of this you only get 1 star put it right and give a refund .... a lesson to be learned don't order here everyone
We ordered a takeaway for delivery. All done in goid faith via their internet. Although we live less than 2 miles from their front door, we were called back after ordering and told they don’t deliver to us! We have paid already. I don’t know whether we will get a refund because the man in control was too busy to talk. A massive joke. PLEASE do not use these people, you will be let down. Afterwards we ordered from Imperial Garden. Oh, so much better and professional.
This is the second time calling in the last 3 weeks as they are "open" on justeat but "closed" on their direct website and I wanted clarification! I prefer ordering direct as I don't have to pay £4.50 in bloody delivery with justeat. They can't confirm that if I ordered direct through their website it'll go through and kept telling me to use justeat so clearly they are open for delivery but can't confirm they will deliver through their own website! I used to love this Chinese as it was very similar to wahong when I was feeling lazy and didn't want to drive down to get from the best place in town but after the last 2 interactions to whatever human they placed on the phone i won't be using them again, not just because of a lack of information given but from a hard of hearing standpoint! Too much mumbling and quiet talking, basically sounding like they didn't know what they were doing... 10 outta 10 won't recommend! I'll wait till the wahong is open again.
Placed order online and paid then they cancelled order with no reason. When phoned told not delivering and can't get my money back. Very rude and unhelpful staff.
