I’m new to the surgery as I’ve not long moved to the area, I’ve had a few appts with the surgery now and had to pop in to speak to the receptionists on a couple of occasions. At every interaction I’ve had and information I’ve received has been very helpful from everyone and Dr Briggs has been brilliant.nnThank you
Absolutely terrible medical care from DR Lolia Briggs!nnI have been asthmatic for almost 12 years in which I have taken inhalers in order to support my lungs. Now my case is a bit strange as I smoke which doesn’t help and i need stop because of this my asthma triggers can be really intense forcing me to take more ammounts of inhaler in order to BREATHE.nnAccording to Dr Briggs she wouldn’t prescribe me another dose when I asked stating I’m going through to many inhalers, now this has something that has not affected me in any way up until now! But Dr Briggs logic was to go all night struggling live and breathe and then go Hospital for medical care. Is this correct people??nnWell thank you Dr Briggs I have to now travel to the hospital as I couldn’t sleep all night due to barely being able to breathe and ending coughing so much bits of blood came from my throat.
Every week my medication is mucked up despite numerous conversations. As it is mental health meds. It sends my anxiety through the roof.nnAt the same time I have developed pins and needles September. 2 weeks for vitamin result. Mri 3 weeks for appointment 2 weeks to report. Waiting consultant appointment. I have been left with severe me tal health a d the possibility of permanent nerve damage. I know no one in Cleveland. This is terrifying and on top. I'm housed next door. Really really selfish self centred residents. Not one ca.w to my door. Wickham
While the medical staff are all very professional and helpful, trying to get an appointment or talk to anyone is near impossible. Web site totally useless and long waits on the phone with unhelpful and repetitive menus. Ended up booking my flu jab with the pharmacy.
Refused a repeat prescription on a minor skin condition over the phone. Wanted photographs via app then still had to make another appointment to see DR. 60 secs with Dr, quick glance just like the photos would have shown ‘oh yeah no probs I’ll repeat prescription’ complete waste of everyone’s time yet they happily moan their overworked.
