It is absolute negative experience with that clinic. I am frustrated with the clinic's insistence on using the Anima system for making appointments, which you find to be problematic. Additionally, even if you visit the clinic in person, the receptionist doesn't offer any assistance and simply directs you to use their system. The receptionist is a rude behavior and a lack of assistance from the receptionist only add to the frustration.
Used to be a best GP here in Portsmouth. Since they have been acquired by City Island Practice, They are replacing the people with technology. I have been sick for last 5 days and they won’t book me an appointment over the phone instead they have suggested to Anima an online system which takes about 10 minutes of your life and you still don’t get an appointment. Time to switch my GP
Well where to start , my poor grandson , went on the new system told he would have a phone call following day , no phone call had to phone to get them to call him back , told referral had been sent over to doctor , 3 phone calls later 2 messages sent over to doctor via receptionists who are absolutely amazing no response as yet if ever , apparently he is getting a phone call on 30th April, 10 days time ? Not a lot of good Unfortunately I cannot give no stars
Whilst attending the clinic for an eye screening appointment I had the misfortune to fall down l just want to thank all those people especially my clinician who helped to make me feel safe in my attempts to get up. I am registered disabled and your staff were kind and considerate so thank you all.
What is this new system? Can't register a child, can't register as a child just to try and make an appointment. Tragically crap you need to sort your stuff out its an absolute joke. Hope you go bust
I can't complain about this clinic. I just think that it's a big inconvenience to use the app to get anything done
Loved Sunnyside practice, this place is now terrible. Tried to make an appointment for the first time since they merged to see a doctor ANYTIME in the future - but unfortunately the patient doesn't come first - the practice doesn't release appointments more than 2 weeks ahead and you have to have the ability to dial as precisely 8am UTC. If you miss it by 1 second all the appoinments will be gone and, apparently, the laws of physics make it impossible for them to release more appoinments to those of us who occasionally need one. They will fob you off with "unprecidented times BLAH BLAH" but if I want to see a doctor in 6 weeks, that is my choice and they have removed that from us.
They are useless! They told me too use the new thing too get an appointment for my sick 2 year old child then tells me he’s not my child, will definitely be moving doctors highly recommend you don’t take your kids here
Impossible to speak to a medical professional. They employ people to answer a phone to inform you that they no longer provide services over the phone. The new anima app only serves to fob people off by txt message
Booked for appointment and got there 30 minutes late as I couldn't get any transport despite trying for one hour. Tried calling the surgery twice but was number 19 and 14 respectively. Hassled in the rain and cold with a 14 weeks old baby just to get there. Encountered rude receptionist. They can't even show slight grace after messing up my baby and my registration and having her late for her vaccines and my postnatal check ups. She should be having her 3rd set now but she is only on 2nd set. I was seen postpartum at 10 weeks instead of 6 to 8 weeks despite me calling severally to follow up and reassured I will be called back only to realise I wasn't and my baby wasn't even registered. When I finally got checked I was still anemic and BP high and was started on medications. So the point is they can be late by almost 3 weeks with vaccines for child but I can't even be late with 30 minutes with justified reason and evidence. Show some grace to an infant instead of punishing her.
