This is a lovely place, we couldn't be happier. The breakfast is amazing and Debbie & Shaun are lovely people. Simple rooms but just what you need even for a week's stay (like we booked). Very clean and tidy rooms cleaned every day and new towels every couple days. Very close to the seafront but not too close (one street back) that you hear any cars or see any lights which is ideal. Fridge in the room came in handy although I've never had one in my weeks stay away before so that was an added bonus! I've come to Great Yarmouth every year for the past 10 years+ with my Dad (and now with my Finance (his first time and he's very happy so far), but we've never struck at one B&B; this is now our go-to and we will be coming again for years to come! Thank you.

Location is great. 2 min walk from main beach and sea life centre. great breakfast for only 5 pounds. clean. comfortable bed. Free parking right outside. Had a lovely stay

Wonderful holiday stays. Clean & private. Very reasonable rates. The breakfast has many cereals plus the traditional breakfast is a must. Close location for the sea front.

If you want to visit Great Yarmouth, This is the best place for stay! Cannot complain for anything. Absolutely great experience.

Hosts were lovely and friendly, room was very nice comfortable bed good facilities, breakfast was amazing!!
