Normally really nice. However booked for 11 for wedding  anniversary.  The place was packed. The food was cold. Some people not offered a starter and the service too slow.  They even forgot 1 persons main meal. The breakfast the following  day was also not up to standard, no fresh bread, large queues to serve yourself and some items limited. Felt as though  we had the left overs. Will not go back there although  I normally  love premier  inn.

This was a lovely nights stay! The room I stayed in was the previous design for premier inn so it was a bit of a blast from the past. The room was cold when I arrived but swiftly rectified with the fantastic heating system. You can throw it right up into the mid 20s. Give it an hour whilst you eat next door at the beefeater and you’re back in a nice toasty room. My room had a bath too which was a welcome addition.  Breakfast was served in the Beefeater next door and was plentiful and full of quality.  I have to say this, this was the worst premier inn I’ve stayed in yet, only because premier inns are so good!

Fab location looking onto the river. Room was spotless and beats travel lodge hands down. The beefeater next door was very welcoming and Michael told me all about the surrounding walks and views. Breakfast was great too  would totally recommend.Rooms: 5/5

The hotel itself is fine, I've stayed twice now without problems. The first time was coming out of lockdown so still had table service. This time however it was a self service breakfast and the hot food was disgusting. Easily the worst breakfast I've ever had.Rooms: 4/5

Room was good, food in the beefeater good. On leaving the beefeater on morning one of our two night stay, there was a pool of pink vomit on the footpath back to the room. It was still there the next morning.Rooms: 4/5

Room looking shabby, bathroom floor looked dirty. Cooked breakfast was naff dried out, cold. There was a hole in the quilt cover, come on Premier Inn pull your finger out. Staff were lovely and welcoming.  Food & drinks: Evening meal was good and value for money at the beefeater next door

Nice place to lay your head. Day staff very helpful. Night staff shush you when you come in at night weren't noisy just normal chat. Bit out of the way if you are going into town the arc but taxi was only a fiver. All In all not a bad place and would use it again.

Quiet location in lovely surroundings, good food and great service from all the staff especially Derek! I've been here nearly a month for an important work commitment and can say happily there isn't anything you'd want to changeRooms: 5/5
