A superb clean residence in a quiet back road, only a short walk from the beach. Modern rooms, clean comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms with power showers. About a 20 minute walk to Sutton on Sea high Street, and a good central location for exploring the area by car. Very friendly hosts with a top notch breakfast being served.Rooms: 5/5
Diane was lovely throughout our stay, very warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate. The bed very comfortable. The shower I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the shower was. We had a fantastic night at sunnycroft and we would certainly go back if we were in the area again. Thank you Diane and thank you to your husband for the scrummy breakfast
I stayed over Christmas whilst visiting family. It was my second visit to Sunnycroft and, as ever, Diane and James were exceptionally welcoming. My room was spotless, warm and very comfortable - they’d even left me a Christmas card and gift. Such a lovely gesture! Both go out of their way to accommodate guests needs and it’s definitely my place to stay when I visit. Thank you Diane and James - I look forward to seeing you again soon.
This is such a lovely place! We had 2 nights' B and B. The room was comfy and warm and the breakfast was delicious. James and Diane are so kind and welcoming. We left our phone charger and Diane posted it back to us and didn't want us to pay the postage. Definitely a five star service!Rooms: 5/5

Just arrived home after our stay with James, Diane and Tricia. They made us feel very welcome, the house is spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. The beach is a few minutes walk along the road, and Sutton On Sea is easily accessible along the promenade. My partner and I had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Sunnycroft.
Lovely atmospheric property with elegant furnishings. Very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax both in and out of the property. Owners very friendly and helpful. Breakfast first class. 4 minute walk to the sea. Comfy bed. Well worth a stay.Rooms: 5/5
