I think calling an establishment boutique raises guests’ expectations. It’s not boutique, it’s  nice B&B in a. nIce location. We stayed a while back and I think it’s now closed. Funnily enough the photo of a breakfast on their Website is one we’ve seen in a magazine. Oops

Our second stay, beautiful house and gardens, wonderful food, great hosts everything you need. Great location for the town. Our visit was to go to see a band at Picturedrome, so perfect two nights away

If you want a luxurious stay 10 minutes easy walk to Holmfirth visit Sunnybank Boutique Guest House. I vowed never to pay that kind of money for a guest house. But guest house doesn't do it justice-anywhere near. It was fantastic. WORTH THE MONEY! YES ! The setting is glorious and the quality of the room - 5 star.

Lovely short stay, very clean, welcoming hosts, wonderful breakfast. We will definitely use again if in Holmfirth

Fantastic stay I had, the owners were lovely and friendly people and very helpful if I asked for advice or ideas on places to visit, the food is excellent and my room was superb and I happily say its the best place I have ever stayed in
