I can't fault the Childcare, my child was always well looked after, my problem is the admin side of the business, any opportunity to make money from you was taken, they were extremely inflexible when when it came to submitting hours, if child was dropped off a few mins early we were charged for the extra hour and finally they wanted to charge £25 admin fee to fill out forms that usually took 2+ weeks to be returned
