I telephoned Sunflex because my husband had lost a grub screw out of a new curtain pole he was fitting. On 'phoning Sunflex I spoke to a very helpful young lady who subsequently sent us not only some grub screws , but the alum key to put it in with. Very impressed with their customer service.
ridiculous they sell Venetian blinds without the slat cutters included in the pack so you have to buy separately. So when you get home you find you have to buy the tool which is not stocked in the store you originally bought the blind from. Then you have to wait over 7 days to get one from the internet. Shame on you why do you not include this very simple tool in the pack? Most frustrating, and shame on Homebase for not realising and supplying the tool needed to fit the product.. I bought a white wooden curtain pole, the instructions were easy to read and the pictures even easier to follow. Our curtain pole was up in minutes
Easy to find well signed which can be seen from road .security well friendly and helpfull and goods in staff are there to help h&s is of good standard and loading bays uncluttered and easy access .ni idea of facilities as ever requird them .nGood place to deliver
