Went for my ticket for the Derby Match on Tuesday, the final date for purchasing my season ticket for the Newcastle match. Very short wait and the ticketing sales people were excellent. Both them and the security people were polite, helpful and efficient
Simply, the worst, an absolute circus show of a club. Fans are premier league standard, shame about the facilities, customer service and experience, and the top brass.nnNever answer emails when posed with questions they don't know.
Staff are fantastic... when you can get in contact. Telephone is rarely answered, e-mails ignored or take days to respond to and usually a queue if going in person. Needs an overhaul.
What an utter waste of space! It's not the staff's fault, but every time you call even on days when there are no matches, the automated response is that they're busy and to call back later. This is infuriating!
I mean it’s never open! I’ve stopped bothering to try and sort out the gmail bug that prevents me logging in to buy away matches. Scanners in the ground sometimes dont work, huge queues whenever it is open. Dreadful.
