Enjoyed it but lack of seating disappointing when one pays 700 quid for a season ticket and you're 88 years old. Update, steward kindly found us a seat. We must look old! Very busy now club doing quite well. Good atmosphere...what a Team. Haway !! .nDreadful season. Mickey taken for the last time. Goodbye Sunderland
We had an amazing time it was the first match for my 9 year old son
Its Home, but in need of a bit of tlc. Apparently, it's getting an overdue refurbishment this close season
Took my autistic son to the sensory room to watch his first ever match, had a fantastic time and the room is great for kids with anxiety and other autistic related issues. The bonus was watching Sunderland win too. It's great to see Sunderland AFC getting this one right, as I'd never be able to take my son to a regular match in the stands. The only issue I found was not been able to use disbled parking close to the main entrance you have to park on the other side of the stadium and to do that I'd have to manage an autistic kid through crowds of fans. Maybe this could be looked into. In the end I managed a lift to get closer to the entrance.
Love the club, love the stadium but when it rains you get dripped on as the guttering is not the best, defo needs looking at. I'm going to move seats next season....
