Amazing food, best Chinese food in the area. I ordered an Salt and Pepper dishes and it was done wonderfully. My daughter who is 8 really enjoy her meal as well and wanted more. The delivery was quick, done within 30 Minutes. Would recommend this Chinese places to people to everyone.
Absolutely disgusting! Vile food , vile staff the place is hideous. DO NOT GO THERE. Waited over 2hrs for the person doing the orders to say “the drivers on his way”. We recieved the food, it was cold, dry & tasteless. Hair in my little boys food and in the ‘special box’. It gets better…we were missing stuff. I rang and asked for a refund and they told me I was getting £30 out of the £50. Wouldn’t even waste your time! The only decent part was the driver. Definitely needs to find a new job bless him.
Usually our go to chinese, but me and my boyfriend got from there recently and noticed the prices had gone up on Wrexham eats, this wasn’t bad tho as we know and trust Sun Wah, however today my food was absolutely tasteless just not nice to eat at all I’m so sad as usually I love it here, won’t get from here again.
Daughter recommended Sun Wah. Delivery time was OK, only about 10 mins late but that's understandable as traffic could've caused the delay. Lovely driver apologised for the delay. Started to serve our meals & noticed all our rice was missing & instead were lukewarm chips. Phoned them as none of us wanted chips & the rice I'd paid for was more expensive than the chips. The lady apologised but then went quiet, I asked what they were going to do about & she said oh you want the rice? I said yes, so she said she'd check my order. She then said they'd send the rice out ASAP. Half hour later the lovely driver came back with the rice & took the chips, very apologetic even tho it wasn't his fault. Anyway, there was no egg in the rice, considering it was egg-fried rice, & it looked greasy. The curries were very, very salty & watery. The king prawns were the size of normal prawns, salt & pepper chicken was over-the-top spicy hot & way too salty, prawn crackers were pkt ones you buy in a shop but they tasted OK & the chicken nuggets were rubbery. Needless to say, apart from a few mouthfuls, all of it went in the bin. The driver is the best thing about the place so the service stars are for him
I have just moved into the area and this is my favourite Chinese place. Always great service and friendly customer service over the phone, sometimes order a few times a week. Chicken chow mien is my go to and they do the best salt and pepper chips I’ve ever had from a Chinese. I’ve never had any issues with my order, and the food is always 10/10. Would definitely recommend!
Ordered food at 6:48 tonight to be given an ETA of 7:48 - absolutely fine. Phoned at 8pm to be told the orders were running late as they were down to one “driver” as the other had a flat tyre and would be another 30 minutes. Understandable - you’re busy, it’s Christmas Eve and these things happen to all of us so was happy to wait. Half hour passed and phoned again 8:55 still to be told the driver was on his way. Phoned again 9:20 to request a refund and was told the “driver” was minutes away so gave benefit of the doubt. I then had a call from the driver on his personal mobile stating he didn’t know where we were and must have stopped a passer-by for directions. He then called me again and asked me to share my location on WhatsApp which I did, I even offered to meet him at the local shop. The “driver” then turned up ON FOOT 9:35 - the food is cold and the prawn toast was burnt and greasy as hell. Overall not a good experience and won’t be ordering again. I will be contacting Wrexham eats.
Great food, horrendously slow service. Ordered on Wrexham Eats, said an hour. Called restaurant 1hr 20 M later to be told that it had left. 1hr 50 we were still waiting, called multiple times but no real sense on when it would arrive. Told driver to wait while we checked if food was still hot as far as we new it had been in the car for over 45 mins. Food was not that cold, restaurant clearly lied. Driver was livid and called restaurant to tell them.
Black bean sauce tastes nothing like blackbean. More like a chow mien sauce which is really disappointing. If you're used to proper Chinese dishes I wouldn't say that these are top notch. Chicken is tough too. I gave 5 stars for the previous management, these 2.
Great choice of food, portion size very generous, always piping hot & you can tell how fresh the food is. Staff very polite & very clean establishment. Highly recommend. Definately worth 5*
Ordered at 4.55 arrived at 7.45 phoned 3 times to be told be there I under 10 mins , when it finally turned up it was luke warm and things missing , wrexham eats are no help just say to ring restaurant £41 down the drain
