Absolutely appalling care or lack of! GP was rude and disrespectful! I was shocked when I attended an appointment with my partner, such little care and compassion was shown. We will be taking our complaint further.

Just read their CQC !!!!! This is what the surgery website says "The surgery are delighted to announce that we have been rated as REQUIRES IMPROVEMENTS by Care quality commission" They must be so proud ????????? ANSWERS LOTS OF QUESTIONS, NOT CARING AND NOT RESPONSIVE TO PATIENTS NEEDS.

OMG do NOT go to this surgery, we were subjected to the gp and staff fabricating lies to ensure they did not accept working class clients on to their books and to avoid providing care to people with disabilities, physically aggressive and abusive, so glad I videoed the event to protect my family this GP was frightening and frightened myself and my children, this is a violation of my human rights to not have to endure this kind of mental torture trying to procure gp services they did this to avoid registering us as told to by the Primary care trust avoid very dangerous man
