Car went in for squealing noise from front end.  I asked them to check the brakes. They replaced a top shock mount and did the rear brakes.  They left the hand brake unadjusted and DIDN'T check the front brakes when replacing the back also. This led to my car rolling backwards down a hill!! I had to get the another mechanic to redo the shoddy work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I feel very sory I went to this garage lost of time.I took my car for diagnostic at the price of 35 £. When I went to pick it up because after 3 weeks time no one get back to me over the phone or e-mail. I had to go few times to ask what did they found -their answer wasnt very concrete-they just doubt in somethimg. At the end decided to take my car from there at the SURPRISED Price of 72£ / instead of 35£/  and I am second day waiting for the report of the diagnostic...Shame for BMW service specialists .. Read the comments of Gareth Richards -the same situation Waste of time -Waste of money,grabbers Pls more people together more customers acts and services like these do not exist. Shame Shame Shame

First class friendly service. prices not too bad. Greg and his team really know their stuff. Would recommend them to all. Took my F10 520d in yesterday, 20/03/19  for rear brake pad replacement. As always a top notch job done and friendly service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. top banana.

Very good and prompt service! I took my BMW Z4 to this garage as I needed a new roof motor and hydrolic pump they done it all within a few hours at a very reasonable price a fraction of the price a BMW dealer would of charged me. Take no notice of the one bad review calling them a rip off garage! They far from ripped me off! I'm very pleased with the service and price and will be using this garage again!

Been going to Summerhayes Garage for the past 4 years with my VW Golf and the quality of service is absolutely awesome!, Gregg and his team are very friendly and skilled. My car always drives brilliant after its yearly service which is always done within a couple hours!. Prices are good too, would recommend to anyone with any car make!

We 1st took our Z4 here recommended through a friend and never looked back. The Z4 had a full front suspension 2 rear tyres 4 wheel alignment and then later a window regulator all of which was spot on. Then took my Seat Leon in for a new dmf clutch which was another good job and I've had my scirocco gt 170 back today which went in with really bad wheel alignment drive was terrible and now its feeling as it should and driving brilliant and handling great.  Thanks everyone
