Visited just after the third lockdown for a nomination gift my daughters birthday. My first ever visit was a very pleasant experience. I was asked if I needed help without being pounced upon. The saleswoman knew exactly which item I was looking for & where to find it. I made an additional purchase after spotting a complimentary charm. Prices were reasonable, customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend, well done...

Had a great experience with the Chester le Street branch, it was my 40th wedding anniversary and the staff helped me with a fantastic surprise for my wife. I purchased some jewellery which Summerfields held for nearly a year ensuring it was kept safe on there premises, everytime I went I was always greeted by the staff who were friendly,professional and so helpful. This jewellers is very rude and bad customer service. Took in a watch and bracelet that needed a few links taken out but he refused to do this for me as i said £10 a item to just take out a few links off is abit steep to charge. Awful service
