Don’t be afraid to ever go against them in court, I took them to court several years ago & beat them, got what I wanted, they got in touch with me once again recently & I sent them packing once again, that’s right, jog on.

Sorry to say but I felt left in the dark most of the time. Didn't feel confident that I was getting the best advice or that the right amount of effort was being put in. Absolute shocking company. Do not use even as last resort.
Avoid, avoid, avoid, they overcharge for everything, they do things on your behalf without asking and charge later for that, they even put on an invoice things they haven't done i.e. emails they've never send, phone calls they haven't made. Contacted them to get a legal advice only at first, solicitor was 15 minutes late for the appointment, but they charged me for those 15 minutes as for the meeting, absolutely ridiculous. I did not ask to contact another party as I wanted to keep it quiet and not reveal I took legal advice but they did!!!!!!!!! Without my permission they've contacted another party and were discussing the case behind my back and send me an invoice later!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at every cost.
Professional and friendly people. My first contact with Wilson Browne was with Louise Tyler and would like to thank her for the part she played at the beginning of my clinical negligence claim. Marianne Stapleton took over the claim and I will be forever grateful to her for her guidance and advice throughout. It was like having a friend assist you through this difficult time, that to me was priceless. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the professional service I received and I am so thankful to Marianne for all her hard work and what she achieved for me. I would happily use Wilson Browne again and would also highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
We used this firm to undertake commercial conveyancing. Searches were forwarded across promptly. However, it quickly became clear that communication was somewhat lapsing, taking days for a response back which jeopardised the transaction. When questioned, our contract with them was terminated by them with only two weeks to completion. Despite professionally and politely requesting them to reconsider their position, they refused to complete the contract on the basis that we lost confidence in them which we never said. This firm will always charge significantly cheaper than other firms but be aware that you get what you pay for and this couldn’t be more evident in our case. Fortunately, we found another firm that could deliver. I hope to never come across this firm again. Stay well away.
Absolutely amazing!! Have been dealing with them for the purchase of our first home. Fast and efficient! Jodie, who has been dealing with us is an absolute star! I can not praise her enough! I hardly ever leave any reviews but this time i really wanted to. Massive thank you to Jodie and the team at Wilson Browne in Northampton!
