Stepping into Sultanz at 19 Basset St, Camborne TR14 8SW, is always a treat for my taste buds. I'm consistently impressed by the quality of their food. The Tandoori dishes, cooked in that special clay oven, are a revelation – so flavorful without being greasy, truly a gift for those of us watching our intake. I particularly enjoy their Sultanz Specialities; the Teekhamurg, with its fiery massalas and tangy tomatoes, is an absolute standout. And for those who prefer something milder, the Butter Chicken is incredibly rich and aromatic. They also have a great selection of vegetarian main dishes, like the Vegetable Massala and Chilli Paneer, which are both delicious and well-spiced. If you're a seafood lover, I highly recommend trying the Bengal Fish Salom or the Tandoori King Prawn Masala. Every dish I've had there is clearly prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of spices, making each visit a truly delightful and authentic experience.

Visited this place with a group of family members while in Cornwall. We ordered a variety of items, from the lamb shank grill platter to several curries with naan and rice. In terms of taste, nothing was extraordinary. I liked the king prawn curry, the chicken curry was too oily but okay, the lamb shank was underwhelming. The onion bhaji was a bit hard inside, maybe slightly undercooked, and the samosas were standard nothing special. The lamb tikka was a bit chewy, and the tandoori chicken didn’t impress. The papadums were fine. Overall, an okay experience.

Can’t fault this place. Food was delicious, authentic and that’s coming from someone who is Bangladeshi with high expectations! Staff couldn’t do enough to make it a special experience. Highly recommend and will definitely visit whenever I’m in Cornwall.
