I only ate here a few times but the staff are the most friendly people you will meet. They go to all lengths to make you feel like a valued patron. The portion size is great too and so is the value for money.

Totally impressed. 1st time there on recommendation and will definitely be going back. Sal offered the kids free drinks while we waited, and just great customer service....refreshing to see...great job guys

The food here is head and shoulders above the rest wow, took the family and it was everything we wanted for a family meal, from the brilliant service to the clean surroundings we sat in, this place is a hidden gem, the chef came over and said hello, also gave the kids some free fries, a godsend during lockdown

come here quite often and is the best food I've had whilst I've been in Lancaster. The man behind the till is one of the nicest people ive met and greets me with joy whether I walk in or phone for delivery. 10/10 in all aspects

Sultans is simply the best place to eat on campus. It's the friendliest place I have ever been to and is a regular spot for our flat. The curly fries are amazing!
