Broke my suit direct forgot my shirt for my wedding and wouldn’t give me another one. Absolutely horrible italian manager with terrible service. Just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing can be done. I would recommend avoiding this store.
Went here with my dad who is fussy when it comes to suits. They had a good range, stylish range of styles available. Irene who was there covering from the Kingston store was unbelievably helpful, knew her stuff, offered lots for my dad to choose from and he is so happy with his purchase now. He bought the whole outfit including shoes. Thank you so much Irene, you were amazing!
The Team at Bromley are fantastic. So helpful and friendly from the moment we stepped foot in the store. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Salvatori went above and beyond to make sure the suit trousers my son needed were located and delivered to the store. Thank you all... Very poor service. We went in looking to purchase suits for upcoming wedding... the 2 staff in there stood behind the counter said hello but then walked off to the other side of the store pretending to fold some clothes despite us standing by the suit I wanted to try on for 5 minutes and then after trying to get their attention we decided to leave. I went and purchased the same suits elsewhere
I felt very uncomfortable entering the shop and felt judged , they seemed to not like black people as I wasn't given any assistance, also i’m very disappointed as there wasn’t any black people , lack of diversity which was very sad to see.
Young man called vincent was great very kind very helpful, great service, suited and booted!
