Having walked into the store we were greeted pleasantly, at 6'9 I understand the struggles of suit wear, having spoken to moss bros a few weeks earlier we found it would be difficult last minute but not impossible this wasn't last minute. Upon looking at me the assistant said he would have nothing off the peg for me to try on, his only recommendation was the £460 custom made suit that would fit me. Since that was not an option we left to marks and Spencer across the road, we managed to find a helpful assistant, and although they roo were reserved they explained the different cuts and what to look for, we went onto the larger Bath M&S and found very standard sizing that accommodated me admittedly in long and purchased. Suit direct could certainly do with improving their customer service, and by the looks of things this employee needs to expand his knowledge on the products stocked rather than trying to get the big money. Shop at M&S
Not a great experience at all. I went into the shop with my husband to get him measured up and find a suit. The man looked him up and down and said that they didn’t have anything suitable as he was too tall. The only way to get a suit would be to spend £450+ on a bespoke one. He didn’t even offer to try some off the shelf options or measure him. The shop was empty. Went to M&S - polar opposite, polite staff who measured up and found a standard suit which fitted perfectly for half the price.
Good quality clothing with lots of choice. Great customer service on each visit.
Needed a suit in a hurry. As I am 6ft 4", I thought it would be a challenge, but a very helpful assistant defined a mix of sizes that fit me well, at a very reasonable price. To my astonishment, the suit was delivered to me less than 48 hours later. Recommended.
Superb service today from Wayne at Suit Direct in Clarks Shopping Village, Street. Firstly on the telephone with really meaningful and well aimed advice which led to a visit to the store. Once there his kind, professional and friendly manner led to an excellently fitting suit being purchased in a very short time. The store is bright, clean and spacious, obviously looked after by a staff who care, with a large range of styles and sizes. I would recommend this store to family and friends without hesitation.

Good customer service from an older gent who was not pushy and gave sound advice re sizing. The cheap suits £79 for jacket and trousers are only available in standard lengths, ie not short jackets. I ended up spending £179 on trousers and jacket, which is more than I would have liked given the rather thin material, but overall pleased with the design and fit.
A store with that old-fashioned thing called customer service. It was great to feel helped and respected by the assistants working there. A big shout out to this place. Also thought it was good value for the clothing on offer. I will be going back.
Fantastic shop, experience and staff. Had to purchase a suit for an interview, and was very out of my depth! The staff helped not only pick out a good suit, but advised shirt and tie colours - without the pressure of buying anything I ended up buying it anyway!. The person assisting me knew my sizes by look, and advised to go up or down appropriately. Fantastic experience, and I'll be back for a other suit!
