DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The worst rental company I have ever used. They failed to provide us with a habitable residence and, when we were forced to move out due to lack of heating and lack of hot water in the dead of winter, they not only refused to refund us the £2,000 but even had the audacity to ask us for more money!

I am very disappointed with Suffolk Secrets. We had to leave our cottage earlier as it was so dirty. I have since complained to them and been given very poor reasons as to why the rental was in such bad condition. I am yet to receive a full reply from them. Therefore, not only was the cottage itself dirty and badly maintained, but also the communication from Suffolk Secrets has been inadequate. I shall not be renting through them again nor recommending them to anyone.

Rented a cottage from Suffolk Secrets - very clear with the rental, lots of great information in the cottage, a small welcome supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. I will be renting again next year

I'm a returning customer. They have a great selection of property on their books and are always very pleasant to deal with and efficient in my mind. Much better to deal with than 'Best of Suffolk' who seem to be in a muddle with their bookings and are less helpful. Thank you.
