Do not use this company. They put fibreglass insulation in the loft over a few things that were on the floor, very untidly just chucked it on and didn't even put the insulation to the edges of the eaaves. Looks like a rats' nest!!! They installed cavity wall insulation which I will have to get checked as I don't think it goes past the first floor to my house. I cannot see any entry holes for the insulation and the walls upstairs are still very cold in the winter - no change from previously.

This company touted for business by knocking on my front door. They explained that cavity wall insulation could be carried out free of charge, but a survey would have to be carried out prior to the insulation. At no point was I ever informed about the amount of noise and or dust and grit that the procedure would create. I was not even informed as to the type of product that would be used. More full me for not asking, probably due to the fact that it was free I suppose. But an information leaflet would have been most helpful. There was no paperwork given at any time prior to the cavity wall installation being carried out. My new white car was covered in a red grit from the drilling of my walls, including my newly planted garden. I had to encouraged the workman to cover my pond to protect my fish. All of my windows and paintwork had to be professionally cleaned after they finished the work. I have also been left with round holes all over the outside of my home where they filled them with a different colour cement to the original brickwork. When I contacted them this morning to enquire about a certificate of work, I was told that if I wanted a hard copy I would have to contact another company myself. You would have thought that after the amount of money they are claiming back from the government they would deal with this themselves. But then I suppose as it was no me who was actually paying for the work then 'after sales service' is not a consideration for this company. When asking several other question about how they conduct their work, and not receiving satisfactory answers I was rewarded by having the phone put down on me. Nice company I don't think so!.
