I booked a taxi and you said you would be 10 mins that was at 7pm it is now 1945 and I can't get home because you never came and I'm disabled so having to get one bus is very hard I'm extremely disappointed in your service I will never order a taxi from you again and I will tell everyone to get a taxi from your firm thank you for nothing
terrible asked for a taxi at half 7 said they would come in 10 -20 minutes so stayed down stairs waiting until 8 heard nothing no phone call not beeping nothing called up at 10 past 8 asking where's my taxi concerned I didn't give the right address or they couldn't find it they turned round to me on the phone this lass called Amy saying "he beeped and no response" told her I was down stairs nothing on so I can hear it she proceeded to say it was my fault a 17 year old girl cause I didn't stand outside in the freezing weather and continued to say they beeped nothing was heard and my boyfriend was outside and waited 10 minutes so she sent him away I wanted to put in a complain about how rude she was other the phone go half way through my complaint and she just hung up on me my mother then called her when i got home and was greeted with the same rude behaviour as well. unacceptable.

The best taxi business around. 10/10 would recommend every day. Quick and easy rides, friendly staff, clean cars and very Covid conscious to make sure everyones safe.
First time of using them. We wanted to go from Tesco in Workington over to Seaton and within 5 minutes the cab had picked us up. We had a very pleasant driver. Great service all round. Would definitely use again.
