I was so happy to visit the shop in Heaton Moor, it looked and felt like it had a complete makeover! It is so well laid out, so organised and clean and tidy, really lovely. And there is such a great range of stock, and well priced too. Well done to the lovely new manageress,  she is doing a great job.

As a volunteer at this shop I would highly recommend volunteering here as one can arrange volunteering hours to suit ones needs no fixed rota which many charities do not do. It is a small, warm welcoming shop with pleasant volunteers and staff and a variety of items to choose from.

Extremly friendly people,affordable prices and nice clothes in good shape; what's there not to like?!
