Atrocious Customer Service & Awful Quality

If I had a choice I would NEVER use this company. They did the graduation ceremonies for Bournemouth Uni and it was a poor customer experience from the start, they are only interested in your money.

The 'luxury' photo frames look like they came from pound land and don't even use glass, just cheap perspex. The downloadable DVD looks like it came from the 90's - in style and encoding quality. Its resolution is so poor I can barely recognize myself. I just cannot understand how this is acceptable?!

I complained using email 3 times and never had a reply till I phoned, they never even bothered to email me when my digital copies were ready for download - no apology. Their attitude stinks when it comes to customer service and they are not apologetic or conciliatory.

I am utterly shocked the University uses them.

Have been n the queue for over an hour and still have approx 30 mins to go despite booking.  This is not how we planned to spend a precious graduation day. Only 4 of 8 photographers taking photos. Not the only unhappy people in the queue and there is no one informing us of how long we have left to wait. My mum and dad have not had this experience at my other two siblings graduations with photographers. Very disappointed and cannot understand why Nottingham Trent University are using them.

Really don't brother if you have the misfortune of this company operating the photography at an event you are at, avoid getting involved.

Staff have no idea how anything works, photographers get in the way. Then they charge you way too much money for photos. 

The one photo which was taken of me was a terrible angle, terrible exposure and left me with red eye (I know you can edit this, but it's just unprofessional) - also took them 2 weeks to upload it for me to access it. 

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like this company really needs to up their game.

Absolutely farcical and extortionate pricing. They charge +£5 for gloss paper per photo package, which should quite frankly be provided as standard. They also have the audacity to charge +£8 PER PACKAGE for them to simply drag and drop your photo's onto a USB (or cloud website for download) - So if you ordered a pack of photos of just yourself alongside a pack of photos of you and your family; they will charge +£16 for the digital content. The company is usually contracted by the University so you have no option but to pay the prices so you can capture the memorable moment professionally - and they know that and exploit that.

I am very disappointed that I have not received my photographs that were paid for on the day of my graduation in July. I am even further disappointed that you have not replied to my email with proof of payment for my order I sent over a month ago. Awful service
