Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff,  this is the Costa shop that I visit the most.

Fair but needs some work - Took 20 minutes to get served, no issue if it's table service but it's not, your stood up, I mean 20 minutes and I counted 6 sandwiches in front of me urghh, a busy Saturday lunch time at a retail park and no manager on site, two members of staff only.... one of which on salad and checkout and could only mumble at you whilst the other orders stacked up behind her. Not a smile in the building. Food was good and very tasty as it always is at Subway!
