Why cant I eat the sandwich without the bread disintegrating in my hands? The only way to eat it is like a burrito - keep is wrapped up in the paper and unwrap as you go... This store is always penny pinching - they would prefer to get 5p more from a customer thab to provide good service. They really let down Subway as a brand, as I find them awful compared with other stores. Needs new owners.

I loved the friendly and extremely polite lady who should be area manager .may subway look into why the other staff don't smile but the late afternoon early evening lady is a example of how a smile and friendly chat can bring in more customers wake up head office and learn from this lady from Didcot .I would of not bought anything if it was not for her advice and expertise on my diabetes and food intolerance just common politeness and knowledge of life gave me a enjoyable half hour of my life many thanks .
