Foot long sandwich, sound big but to be honest for most of us not that big. Despite that the bottomless drink offer is deal breaker. I prefer them to burger meal of competitors any time.

3 visits; first time not too bad, second time the staff seemed to be just amusing themselves at the expense of me and my Grandson, third time I ordered and paid for a cup of tea with a 6" sub only to be told 5 minutes later they had no teabags. Bit of a shambles really. Won't be going back, went to macdonalds for a cup of tea!

Waited in the queue for my subway, when I was next to get served, I and the rest of the queue was bypassed, as someone the employee knew came though the door and they were seen before we were served. Apparently queues work differently in this subway. Furthermore we the found a long hair in my sandwich. Very disappointing visit.

I asked for a poached egg on my breakfast sub, no poached egg only omelette?? That's not even on the menu, had to wait while the one staff serving served another customer as well ordered a cappuccino and half the drink went down drain and the milk ran out in the middle of making it. I have been to other subways and have to say it's a disgrace this one avoid it

Usual Subway fayre but very limited seating on ground floor, stairs to basement seating area and toilets (not cleaned often enough). Food handling is hygienic but staff pay no attention to cross contamination handling meat and salad if you are a vegetarian. Access not great if you are a wheelchair user or have a large pram.
