Fast service, food quality is good, though staff have made mistakes on the till a couple of times (had to point out they tried to overcharge, and they didn't add points on card)

I'd one star this if it weren't for the nice lady who served me at the end (and said I was entitled to a free drink and cookie due to my employment). The food was normal for Subway, but the fella who initially took my order took about 5 minutes to notice me, despite being the only one line which was ever so slightly irritating.

Usually quick. Not a long wait and lively subway food as you would expect

Surly staff, it's a busy chain of subway so I can understand the need for speed but that doesn't necessitate a lack of manners. Tuts and general lack of please and thank you, make this one of the less enjoyable places to eat in the Lowry.
