I eat at in da one upstairs, better dan the one downstairs in Vircarge Field shopping centre. It’s bigger and more seats.

Staff need training and English, better communication and information about subway and promotions. VERY SAD

The barking subway is very disgraceful, I've been there many time and every time I'm disgusted by the service. I can understand that it is a fast serviced restaurant however making the food carelessly that the content inside is flying out is ridiculous. Not to mention the two female staff in the new branch are no where near professional as they like to talk and not concentrate on the customer. I've also heard from friends and family members that they always treat customers this way , to me that is just horrendous. Never in my life will I be visiting the barking subways due to there bad customer service. I hope that this is seen by someone who will take action PS. They don't even deserve the star.

Im a regular here as i live down the road. Just your average subway. On a few occasions they didnt have the ingredients I wanted and had to order something else - not a major issue but disappointing, also understandable as they are very busy. Staff are usually ok. Not rude but not overly friendly either. Quick service, always getting the order right. There are 2 young girls in particular who often talk in their native language together and laugh as if to gossip about the customers. This wouldnt make some customers feel very comfortable. Never had a bad experience here but ive been to better branches.

12.05.2017 about 3pm I waited 4 minutes for them take order. A guy serve in front of me. 2 other lady staff keep gossiping One just started her shift made herself a sandwich. I just walk out. I won't be coming again, disgraceful. It wasn't even busy.
