This place needs completely new staff. Never open, even though it’s 3 or 4 hours before the official closing times.nnNever have ingredients in, always out of pretty much everything.nnThe toasters are always broken… or are they! Maybe just a way of turning customers away whilst they sit in the back.nnStaff are always in the back and never come out to see if anyone wants an order.nnThe staff are always so unprofessional its unbelievable.nnWas also quite shocked that I had to refer to one of them as they/them… didn’t even ask… just wanted a sandwich.nnInstead I just drive past this place and go to another one in Wrexham.nnUntil the owner starts taking this serious I don’t think this place will be open for much longer. Shambles!
Both of us had food poisoning after eating here yesterday. Violently sick a few hours later. Salad was looking really awful. In water.nSomething was drastically wrong.nHope that others report any issues too
Had the most unprofessional service if you could even call it that I have ever received from any food outlet here today.nApparently they couldn't make my food, that was ordered and paid for in advance, as they didn't have anything that I ordered.. How is this even possible?nThey did not phone me but waited until I arrived to collect. They refused to refund me, I was advised to use the app, which has no such function I might add, to get my refund.nNone of the staff could show me how to get a refund. They're not trained and don't know their own app!!! Disgraceful..nEventually they cancelled the order from their side and I received an email advising me I would get a refund in 5 working days!!!nSo, I had to go out of my way to go collect nothing, no food, no money and not even an apology.nDisgusting.nEnjoy the 5 days interest you're receiving on my money.nThis is blatant theft!!
This place is an absolute shambles.nnLunch time, busy, deep line taking about 15 minutes to be served and one guy on the till whilst the girl sits in the back.nnCrazy.nnAlso, something is always broken.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. From arriving I was told you didn’t have what I wanted, the staff had zero tolerance for customers with no friendly voices or attitude.nI then began eating my sandwich to only half way through realise I was eating the plastic glove.nI brought this to staffs attention and asked to speak to a manager which I got told there is no manager or higher up at this store and it’s just general staff and there’s nothing they can do about it other than remake my sandwich.nI would not eat another thing from this store after just eating plastic in my sandwich.nnThe staffs attitude was disgusting and they wouldn’t even help, a refund would’ve been nice but it was not even offered.nnI’d advise to never come to this store, unless you want to choke on plastic and feel like you’re being a burden to the staffs day.nnI want to be contacted in order to rectify this or I will be taking this further.
