Always busy which is a good sign Always stocked and always baking fresh bread! the staff here are delightful and make you feel welcomed!
Utterly dreadful customer service. One person serving and the app charged us then deleted our order. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches
I’m n a lunch break first of all the woman was very unhelpful refusing to let me add anything to my sandwich, this certainly isn’t the subway way. I could only swap items of salad, add crispy onions or another sauce which is ridiculous. I was then told I couldn’t have a fountain drink because they’re swapping brands. So in that case I’m forced to spend the extra money for a bottle.nTerrible customer service and the worst subway franchise I’ve ever been to. Don’t bother all you’ll get is unhelpful blunt attitude.
Poor service, refused to make bespoke sandwiches, very condescending and dismissive. Tomatoes were also days old as was the tuna. I refused to pay for the sandwich she would not make the way I wanted. Greg's next door was GREAT!
This is a review for ALL Subway shops, not just this particular one they're all the same.nnThe food itself is always nice enough. You can have what you want, make up the sandwich however you like. You may get the odd jobsworth who will hesitate on giving you extra cheese for example but what's new there? I always found that they don't seem to toast the sandwiches quite long enough, doesn't hurt to ask them to toast it twice though if you actually you know, what it like toast.nHowever! My absolute biggest complaint by a mile is the cross contamination. I a vegetarian and the last thing I want to see is the staff picking up pieces of meat and then dipping their hands into the veg/salad afterwards. And every store does it. I've even seen them drop pieces of meat into the salad and not even think twice about it. How hard is it to put the salad in first and THEN the meat with a glove change afterwards? I don't think that's asking for much.nnIn short, it is a good place to visit if that stuff doesn't bother you. But if you're a vegetarian then this really isn't the place for you.
