Tis the season to be jolly not at penkridge subway, walked in was waiting too order not even a hello ill be with you in 5 just blanked me.nExcept when I tried too get there attention and said you do know your foot long ginger bread cookie is marked up at £88 too what the lady responded everyone comments on that rolled her eyes and carried on.nI ended up walking out after she acknowledged the next two customers who walked in as she asked what they came for.nVery unwelcoming customer scervice probably won't ever return and by the previous reviews I take it this is how they do business.
Ordered on the app but the order was way wrong, one sandwich including an allergen ingredient that the eater could not tolerate.nnFor the price you pay for what is just a sandwich, they could say least ensure the order is correct.
Came in with only 2 other customers in the store they got served and we were told to wait for 10 minutes so they can do delivery’s, which then we’re stood talking amongst each other for that time, when we asked if we could get served they were extremely rude.nnTo add onto this, we took our food to find hairs in it so brought it back like any other normal person would for her to stand and blame it for being our hairs we’re blonde, and 2 very light brown haired people this hair was black. Overall very very poor service and a dirty place
Jackass manager who is sitting by the window and has a rude tone. My wife wanted to get a sub.. as our baby was sleeping we both couldn't go together and I came first to use the bathroom and send in my wife to buy something after that.nnJackass was rude and shouted infront of all the customers that this wasn't a public toilet... I didn't want a tussle at that time and so apologized and sent in my wife to buy out of courtesy.nnI want to see this store closed next time I come in.. support the cause...
Normally subways are 3 star due to food being cold by the time they’ve finished faffing. This is the best subway I’ve eaten in years.nnFood a sub and a salad piping hot, salad well stocked, staff polite and went out back to get the cookie preference and we used deals from the app for a half price sub and free cookie with no issues.nnGreat visit. If I was local I’d visit more often.
