Awful old woman has no customer service. Prices were marked wrong and she did not care and kept gesturing for me to pay anyway - then got annoyed when I asked for it to be changed to the price displayed. She coincidentally didn’t have a name tag on wonder why from looking at other reviews. I work in customer service as well and wouldn’t dream of talking to people like this at work. Needs sacking, sort the boards out instead of overcharging people - either daft staff not catching it or some scheme happening and she was very adamant I pay extra
do not go to this place if you want nice food very rude woman.my daughter had a sandwich from there 1inch long she normally has a 6inch the woman that served us did nothing but stare at the board like a complete idiot the drinks were like water we told her and she said fruit shoot or nothing i am not impressed at alll!!
Came in with only 2 other customers in the store they got served and we were told to wait for 10 minutes so they can do delivery’s, which then we’re stood talking amongst each other for that time, when we asked if we could get served they were extremely rude.nnTo add onto this, we took our food to find hairs in it so brought it back like any other normal person would for her to stand and blame it for being our hairs we’re blonde, and 2 very light brown haired people this hair was black. Overall very very poor service and a dirty place
The man working made us all feel very awkward and under pressure whilst ordering. Not a good experience.
Food was tasty, atmosphere tad depressing but overall not to shabby of an order.
