I went to the Subway to buy just a slice. I was waiting for 5 minutes as there was nobody from the staff. I heard that someone was talking non-english language, so, I called and the staff appeared but still talking with someone by phone. I saw that I have around 4 minutes to the bus. I thought it is possible to make a margherita slice in 3 minutes or less. Well, that woman can not as she was more focused on talking on the phone. I tried politely rush her but it was for nothing as she still was talking on her phone. The time was melting and that staff didn't care about nothing just the conversation on her phone. First attempt to pay failed but the second went through. Moreover, that staff was shouting on me "What's my problem! You have to pay!". I paid, I was late for the bus and to my classes at university just because the conversation on the phone was more important than the customer. Very unprofessional attitude and service. Also, I wish to know why the single margherita slice cost £1.99 when on the pricing is £0.99?
Worst experience ever. 2 staff members, 1 wouldn’t serve me as he was eating, the other took 10 minutes to serve the customer in front. Finally I got served, he didn’t know how to make a cheesey garlic bread, he was then showed by the other staff member and the proceed to drop it. No gloves.
The guy behind the counter told me to place a review so here it is. The food was nice and so were the staff. I also got a free cookie because I’m writing this review. So I’m happy. However interior design needs updating. Feels like ur in a 1970s American pizzeria ygm? Come check this place out. My friend tried it for the first time today and liked the munch.
Smells nice when you walk by, but don’t be fooled by the smell. It’s a dodgy smell.
IMO the best subway restaurant in Harrow. The staff is so courteous and helpful. He made sure to change his plastic gloves as I am a vegetarian. Spoke politely. I went there straight for 3 consecutive days.
This is by far the worst subway you could ever go to. Staff are utterly incompetent and barely understand their own product. Queues are very lengthy, as it takes them over 5 minutes to just prepare one sandwich, often longer. Last 3 times i have visited i have had to wait over 30 minutes each time, watching waiting customers freezing in the cold getting frustrated. Sort it out, or shut it down and put another store here. Pinner deserves better.
Ordered 2 Subs on Uber Eats and they only sent 1 of the orders! Not sure how you can miss the order. Someone is obviously still hung over from New Year! Uber Eats is obviously going to refund the amount but, the whole objective to use Uber Eats is to get something to eat and normally efficiently too! Not in this case though with Subway Pinner!
My mum went, ordered her BLT but the server was more interested in the younger females behind her in the queue and didn't bother to make her order, then blamed her. No apology or even a clue at how rude they were. Would go there if they were the only option for food.
Would like to say thank you to the pinner team who very quickly made up a high amount of Platters as it was last minute and they did a great job for me.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. As a returning customer I go in there to ask a question politely where they proceed to verbally attack me for being present for someone who has stolen a sandwich in the past. Will never be returning here suggest you do the exact same, absolutely disgusting.
