Subway vouchers not accepted! Charged £3.38 for a refill drink. Was served by an Asian guy and he did not want to put enough salad as requested. Each time had to ask to add more. Paid £17 for two sandwiches and had to ask for a fillings 4 times. Never come a cross such a stinge approach. I'll post this on google to let others know.
Bad experience here, asked for a 6” sub meal 3 times she said ok.. got to paying and was surprised at the price so after paying I ask for receipt. Reluctantly gave it to me on the third time of asking and I checked to find out she put the items through separately not as a deal.. I looked at her straight away and she was already looking at me with a face that says she knows exactly what she did. Stingiest subway I’ve been too.
Ordered 2 footlongs ones burnt to a crisp !! Other full of salad and barley Any meat at all the guy serving me couldn't even speak English or understand it I genuinely had to shout at him after he attempted to put garlic oil on my sub rather then gherkins I asked for 4 times! Only stopping when I raised my voice then the assistant came over and said he's training 3 or 4 times ... like it was all my fault the memebr of staff couldnt understand me ! Hmm training on making a sub or the language? Sort it out subway won't be going back .
Server didn't speak great English, very light on the fillings and the bread was stale. Got to be the worst subway I've been to.

Excellent, near beech, clean and bright subway. Update: recently really slow. Was 5 star now less. Disappointing
Rude people run this store. Ordered via just eat. I was told the delivery was on the way. 30 minutes later I call the store to see if the driver had gotten lost on the way of the usual 10 min drive. To be told my order that I originally ordered 90 min earlier was still in the shop. I clearly was annoyed and as they were unable to explain why 'just it' app says its on the way and why it actually wasn't, he hung up on me. 30 mins more and I'm still waiting.......
As a former Subway employee I know the sandwich "formulas", but those are readily available if you were to look for them anyway. This branch seems to have decided to reduce the amount of meat they give you presumably to increase their profit margins. Either that or they have a rogue sandwich artist who doesn't want people to get what they've paid for... I went into the shop around 12.00pm so was expecting it to be fairly busy, so was pleasantly surprised to see no queue. This should have perhaps served as a warning rather than a positive start. There were 2 staff working, and someone was collecting an order for one of the delivery companies. I went to the bread counter and waited to be served, where I got totally ignored and watched one of the employees make several sandwiches ordered via Deliveroo. After about 5 minutes he decided to acknowledge my existence and instead of "hello" other polite greetings are available or apologising for the delay I got grunted at "what do you want?". I ordered a footlong Italian BMT. The "formula" for this sandwich is 6 slices of pepperoni, 6 slices of salami and 4 slices of ham. This branch are clearly on a cost cutting mission as this was reduced to 5 pepperoni and salami. Next up came the veg, which was an absolute joke. I wasn't even given enough lettuce for it to cover the length of the sandwich, 4 slices of tomato were spread out and again didn't cover the sandwich and I was lucky enough to get 6 whole grains of sweetcorn spread over my sandwich. Overall not the best experience. If you want sub par customer service where they don't even bother putting the correct amount of filling in your sandwich I'd highly recommend a visit. It's safe to say I won't be returning. Next time I'm in the area and in need of lunch the chip shop next door will get my custom.
Rung subway to find out where my order was and got hung up on 3x. Rude customer service
One of the worst customer service ! Staff had no idea what they was doing , had to repeat myself about 5 times with everything. Completely shambles what should of been a quick in and out service , took double time with only me and my partner in the shop . luckily the only staff member that knew what he was doing took over at the end !
