Staff are never happy to to serve you. Food in this subway is not to the standard of others I have been in. But. I am willing to give it another try as you can't judge a business on one visit. I will update shortlyFood: 1/5

This place has recently been given a bit of a face lift. Looks clean and modern. There normally is a wait here but this is the case with most Subways. Once you get the food there is seating available if you want to eat in. Its hard to go wrong in a Subway. The food was good value and tastes great.

You go to this place and I understand its a repetitive role but it doesn't hurt to crack a smile and interact with the customers. The only time they ever speak to you is to ask what you want and what salad. Customer Service needs working on.

Popped into this store a few days ago for a salad. I have celiac disease so I always ask for gloves to be changed to minimise the risk of cross contamination. I was served by a lovely lady called chloe who was beyond accommodating for my dietary requirements. She took the time to make my salad out in the back without me even asking her to do so which I appreciate a lot . 10/10 customer service :
On my visit still with covid rules in place there was a short wait 5-7mins not long. When my turn to be served I was met with 4 members of staff each makeing a part of my order. All of the stuff well presented, friendly, polite and professional. the shop was very clean. Thanks for the foot long it was 11/10
Service is a bit slow at times, went there in an evening and there was three colleagues there but only one actually serving everyone, it wasn't until 10mins later the second person decided to start serving the next customer. Also it just isn't the same since they changed the veggie patty
