Got every part of my order wrong, wrong sandwich, missing cookie, wrong crisps, both sets of wedges uncooked and absolutely everything was cold. I would rather eat their door wedge than those "wedges" they served me.Food: 1/5
The worst sandwich I've ever eaten. My server Divya literally threw the toppings into the sandwich. No exaggeration, she THREW the sandwich together. It was a mess. Normally I wouldn't pay so much attention to the sandwich being made but it was almost a joke. Curiosity got the better of me. The bread was cut first, but the toppings weren't, so I had to pull everything apart. About 3 shreds of lettuce, and yet what seemed like hundreds of olives. I literally had more olives than anything else. I asked for a small amount of sauce, and she proceeded to squeeze the life out of the sauce bottle, resulting in a soggy, disgusting sandwich. I don't quite know how you ruin a sandwich so badly but she managed it! Sandwich 'artist'? More like sandwich saboteur! What a joke. I won't be returning here.

The female server that served us was fantastic despite the pressure she was under. Don't know how she managed to make yummy subs after closing hours. Under health and safety guidelines she should not have worked alone. The girl working late on a Sunday night 28/8/22 in Brighton deserves a promotion. That store would of worked better if the sales assistant wasn't left alone by the person in charge.

Standard subway and does have vegi options, however didn't change gloves before doing my mums vegetarian sandwich even after touching meat. I spoke up about the issue and I was told "ill only change my gloves if the customer specifically asks me to". My mum won't speak up about this because of the type of person she is, so she did say it was fine however later after we left she said she wasn't OK with it. You might think I'm being stupid but this is an example of cross contamination and is infact a health risk. The customer shouldn't have to ask you to change your gloves as it should be done as a standard safety precautions. I am very disappointed with the staff here and I will be talking to management and/or head office to make sure this is sorted. this was our first time visiting brighton and we were hoping for a better experience with the simple task of getting food. i am not impressed. :

Good professional customer service. Food was good. Environment nice and clean. Would visit again when in Brighton.
if you have dietary requirements, be careful. arrived early to pick up two TLC's with vegan cheese. saw them being made with dairy cheese, i let them know. they carried on making it, i guessed to avoid food waste. instead they tried to serve us the subs. first argued the cheese was vegan, then argued we had ordered dairy cheese. i had to explain that mozzarella-style plant based cheese is the vegan cheese. after every member of staff coming to argue with me, they eventually agreed to remake them vegan. if i hadn't been there early to watch them making it, we could've been really ill.
Had a very tasty Mexican BLT and a second one the day after. Coffee not the best a bit weak but overall good visit. Not many people in both times so easy to get a seat. Staff helpful and kept the prep surfaces and the cafe clean and tidy.
