Firstly - take note that despite the very large illuminated sign visible on the main road saying "Subway open 24 hours" they are not. And I have been in at 10pm to be told they are already closed when even the Subway website says they are open until 11pm. Otherwise it's a Subway and when they are open and prepared to serve you it's as good as any other - which in my view is good.
Thank you so much to the man who served me, I suffer from anxiety issues and I'm autistic and he was so very patient with me. Midway through ordering when I was panicking he told me I was doing great and I just want to say that stuck with me all day. Thank you so much kind sir. You made my week. I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, he has a very kind face and a gentle voice and made me feel so comfortable.
The coffee machine wasn't working. They asked if we'd mind if our 3 white coffees were made without hot milk, which we didn't. So they were however made with cold water and cold milk! That was all we wanted: 3 white coffees. It took at least 10 minutes to make the worst coffees ever. So we had to have a refund, which we were told could take up to a week. Awful!
Store manager Robbie, always a delight when he's on shift, great customer service. you can tell he really enjoys what he does. however, its his staff that let the store down, the rest are all passive aggressive to eachother on the store front which everyone in the shop was very uncomfortable. one member of staff was unnecessary rude towards another, I haven't mentioned names but I did catch the names if needed.
There was this old woman, I believe she was the manager but she was incredibly rude to us. We came to eat in but ended up leaving as soon as we got served because she said “I’ll have to kick you out if you’re aren’t going to order anything girls!” When we had literally just sat down. I am not happy and you should fix your customer service.
Went to subway for dinner tonight after a very long journey home I’m visibly heavily pregnant to be told as soon as I line up if I want food I have to wait ages as 2 online orders are priority. Shop was empty bar me and one other person who’s order was complete This is in no way the staff members fault but why on earth are you taking online orders when you have only one member of staff working?! Expected to wait 15 odd mins for a 6inch basic sub just because lazy people on sofas are priorities. Worst bit is it’s not true first time either. Will be going else where from now on havent for time to wait around for a short staffed place who does online. It should only be online if have the staff to do it!
My wrap was not wrapped, I was told this was because I had asked for too much a single COLD plant patty and salad but this is the 3rd time. I will now go home and re wrap it, last time I get a subway.
Friendly staff. Tuna sub was nice, could do with another spoon of tuna in it and then it would be perfect. Hot chocolate nice too.
Store manager robbie went above and beyond to ensure are standards were met. Food was excellenty presented to us and was incredible. Will definitely be returning thanks for this great experience.
Always good, yummy food and a very charismatic server! Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from Parking: This subway is in a garage, there are about a dozen parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level, flat, automatic doors.
