It was very nice, fresh and tasty food. Staff were very helpful as we were a group of five with children. Well done to the staff for making it a pleasant lunch.
why bother asking what I want when your not going to get it right . Second time that orders weren’t right . Waited nearly two hrs as well . Very disappointing. Never again .
Although the delivery was a little delayed, the guy over the phone in the store ensured it got to me ASAP when he was absolutely slammed busy, please hire more people to support him! Thanks for the extra cookies for the delay, hope you didn’t have a stressful eve.
Very rude staff, supposedly the manager, guy with sloppy beard, angry face. First and last time I go to the Kendal Subway. Someone should kick out this supposed manager, otherwise the business will go bankrupt due to lack of customers.
I love subway... But the amount or times I've been to this one and its either been shut early hours, or not had half the things you'd like on the menu, it's like they enjoy not having things in.
We had two training members of staff though they were fast and good at making our orders. The shop felt like it had a good atmosphere with all the staff engaging in conversation
A good selection on the menu with reasonable prices with offers available. However cleanliness and hygiene a major let down, went to the toilet and it was filthy, on entering subway it was empty with at least two members of staff in the back but previous customers rubbish left on tables.
