Went for my lunch just now and there was a wait I was there for around 20 mins and a couple people walked out when they were in the line but what can be expected when there is one member of staff trying to do everything. He is so hardworking and really lovely even though under stress from the que out the door. Lovely food and lovely service hope people don’t judge on the wait as nothing can be done xx keep up the good work xx Vegetarian options: Loads of vegan opyons
Worst subway franchise I have experienced. No where to sit even in summer. Should have a table outside and one inside in summer and at at least one table inside in winter.and this is long after most places opened up seating again. Price of a foot long sub at £6.50+ is getting to be an expensive option. FFS it's just a sandwich. Also 3pm closing is a bit ridiculous. When I lived in Salford and Northwich not so long ago those Subways closed at 7pm and 5pm respectively.
We had 2 foot long sandwiches today with cookies and drinks. The wait to be served was 15 minutes as there was only two staff on duty and they were very busy. When they served us the staff were quick, efficient and the food was fresh and delicious.
Went in around 12.30pm and the staff were absolutely lovely. Could not have been more polite- the young lad with glasses who served me was brilliant, as was the other lad and the jolly tall lad with the beard who came down to help. Makes such a difference to see happy, hardworking staff. Give them a raise!!
They had barely any stuff on the menu even though it was early on a Monday morning. It took them a long time to make the sandwich as the staff were chatting. And after all that the sandwich was awful and the ham tasted out of date. Would give it minus stars if i could.
The worst subway I've been in The staff seemed to not know what they were doing, ordered a cookie that we didn't get. Got a drink in a cup, the machine have us some foul liquid, when I told then this they just said take a bottle and didn't even look at the machine
Absolutely terrible, very rude member of staff sat 22/1/22 - The female in question was just a horrible person and definitely shouldn't be working in a customer service role - Subway defo need to work on recruitment as this person should never come into contact with anyone I wouldn't let her near animals either! Overall this place is terrible & I will never return!!!!
So to start the story, I was out and about on a mooch, I then noticed that I had not yet consumed my daily meal known as lunch, so I took it into my own hands to search for a place to find some tasty scran, it was at this moment I remembered Subway!! I instantly B-Lined it and in doing so I ended up meeting a lovely chap with a mullet working behind the counter, he greeted me with nothing but friendly words and actions clearly going out of his way to show the customer true respect and went on to be one of my best experiences as a customer anywhere, a job well done I would say. P.S. The sandwich had to be one of the best I received and eaten to this day!!
Absolutely shocking! Service was terrible and out of stock on almost everything! Certainly won't be back!
I sent my son in today just 15 minutes ago with the order written down clearly on a piece of paper. The lad in there got it wrong all though it was written down and I ended up with a plain cheese sandwich. I could of made that at home!!!
